FERC Grants Sunoco Pipeline’s DO Petition for Capacity on Mariner West Pipeline

The Commission issued an order June 25, granting Sunoco Pipeline L.P.’s (OR20-11) petition for a declaratory order (DO) seeking the Commission’s approval of Sunoco’s right to enter into new transportation services agreements for previously committed capacity on its Mariner West ethane pipeline, and approving the tariff, rate structure and terms of such service.
