On 8/15/13, Sunoco Pipeline LP (OR13-30) petitioned FERC, requesting a declaratory order approving priority service and the overall tariff and rate structure for its Mariner South Pipeline Project. Designed to export grade propane and butane, the pipeline will be available for other natural gas liquids (NGLs) and petroleum products depending on shipper interest.
