PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-pipeline pig moving device with which predetermined processing can be executed by simple preparation work.;SOLUTION: The in-pipeline pig moving device includes a pig 1 having elasticity and a surface at least composed in an airtight manner, and inserted into a pipeline whose one end is closed in a contracted state, and a pig moving means M for moving the pig 1 in the pipeline. A tip end of a tubular body T is firmly fixed to the pig 1 while the front part 1f through the tip Tf directed toward the closing end side of the pipeline in the pig 1 are exposed when the pig 1 is inserted into the pipeline.
