Tesoro considers all options in Mexico

Tesoro would consider partnering with Mexican refneries as it explores how to move into Mexico's market, chief fnancial offcer Steven Sterin said on 2 March. Uncertainty surrounding the pace and extent of the liber- alization of Mexico’s energy market had kept the US indepen- dent refner cautious as it explores marketing and logistics business as well as fuel supplies into the country, Sterin said at the Merrill Lynch Refning 2017 conference in New York.
