Classifications moleculaires et immunes des cancers colorectaux: implication pour la prise en charge clinique

Molecular classifications of colorectal cancer (CRC) have been largely modified during these two decades. CRC was initially divided into three molecular groups, but are now classified into five groups according to the CMS (Consensus Molecular Subtype) classification. However, only particular molecular alterations are regularly determined for a clinical puipose, mainly in a metastatic setting. Classifications about the immune response are more recent, principally based on a morphologic approach. Their clinical impact is strong, but without a yet recognized daily use. The aim of this chapter is to summarize the most relevant molecular and immune classifications and to highlight their potential clinical use.
