Many of us can't get the day going without our morning coffee. But have you ever considered if your coffee -drinking habit could be good for your bones? A recent study looked at coffee and its relationship to bone health and found that it could well be.The study, published in Journal of Clinical Endocrinology & Metabolism, looked at data on 564 people, found that those who habitually drank coffee had higher bone mass density than non-coffee drinkers. That could be important because higher levels of bone density are associated with reduced risk of fractures.
