LONDON (ICIS)--European spot methanol prices lifted in a rush of liquidity amid shorter-thanexpected availability of spot material in key storage hub Rotterdam, surprising some market players on Friday. Europe's weekly methanol spot range rose to €359-370/tonne for the week to Friday, up €19/tonne on the top of the range from the previous week, according to ICIS data. This is on a FOB (free on board) Rotterdam basis.
