Linde, Praxair receive China regulatory merger approval

LONDON (ICIS)--The proposed merger between industrial gases majors Linde and Praxair has received regulatory approval in China, Linde said on Monday. The deal received conditional approval from India last month, however it continues to await approval in the US and South Korea.
