Mexico grants unconditional approval for Linde-Praxair merger

Linde Plc announced today that the proposed business combination between Praxair and Linde AG received unconditional antitrust clear- ance in Mexico, satisfying Mexico’s regulatory conditions. Linde Plc is a public limited company formed on 18 April 2017 that will become the parent company of Praxair and Linde AG on completion of their $82-billion merger.
