China’s Shanghai Huayi plans PDH, downstream projects in Qinzhou

SINGAPORE (ICIS)--China’s Shanghai Huayi is planning to invest yuan (CNY) 8.73bn ($1.22bn) to construct a 750,000 tonne/year propane dehydrogenation (PDH) plant and some downstream units at Qinzhou in Guangxi province, a company source said on Wednesday.
