PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately estimate the work time of each work in a workflow when planning a project for executing the workflow.;SOLUTION: A computer substitutes an input numerical value of a work difficulty level determination attribute for a prescribed work difficulty level determination function to calculate a work difficulty level with respect to a corresponding work and substitutes an input numerical value of a skill level determination attribute for a prescribed skill level determination function with respect to skill of corresponding resources and calculates an estimate work time resulting from correcting a standard work time assigned to the work, by calculation using a work difficulty level correction value corresponding to the calculated work difficulty level and a skill level correction value corresponding to the calculated skill level with respect to the standard work time.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
