Singapore's Musim Mas to acquire Dutch Glycerin Refinery

LONDON (ICIS)--Singapore-headquartered global vegetable oil corporation Musim Mas Group announced on Monday that it had reached an agreement to acquire refined glycerine producer Dutch Glycerin Refinery (DGR). DGR has over 200,000 tonnes/year of refining capacity, according to Musim Mas, which added that DGR’s unit, situated in Delfzijl, The Netherlands, is the biggest glycerine refining unit in the world and has good logistical access to major European markets.
