Neoplastic Cerebral Aneurysm from Metastatic Lung Adenocarcinoma with Neuroendocrine Features

BACKGROUND: Neoplastic cerebral aneurysms are exceedingly rare. We describe a case of a ruptured, distal middle cerebral artery aneurysm as the presenting symptom leading to the identification of metastatic lung cancer.
