摘要

ZnO/activated semicoke (ASC) desulfuriser was synthesised by electrochemical deposition. The obtained samples were characterised by Brunauer-Emmett-Teller analyses, X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and X-ray fluorescence spectrometry analyses. The effects of deposition temperature on the morphology of ZnO on the ASC surface were investigated. Desulphurisation capability of the ZnO/ASC desulfuriser was assessed in a fixed-bed reactor and the desulphurisation mechanism was discussed. Results revealed that the loaded substance on ASC was pure ZnO. In addition, the quality of the ZnO crystal gradually improved from sheet to tube structure with increasing temperature. The desulphurisation performance of the desulfuriser was gradually enhanced as the deposition temperature increased. (C) 2018 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
