摘要

All-inorganic cesium lead halide perovskite nanostructures have become an outstanding luminous optoelectronic material for illumination and display. In this paper, we synthesized monodispersed colloidal single- and mixed-halide CsPbX3 (X = Cl, Br, I) nanocrystals with various morphologies and brightly luminescent properties. By varying the amount of PbX2 (X = Cl, Br, I), the prepared CsPbX3 nanocrystals possess high photoluminescence quantum yield (PLQY, about 70%), narrow full width at half-maximum (FWHM) (4-17 nm), tunable band gap (407-680 nm), and highly strong photostability. In addition, it is found that the PL decay lifetime of CsPbX3 nanocrystals ranged from 1 to 6 ns, and their PL mechanism was studied thoroughly. These corresponding results demonstrate that all-inorganic colloidal CsPbX3 perovskite nanocrystals are expected to have a promising application in the field of optoelectronic material.
