United Arab Emirates Energy Minister Suhail al-Mazrouei said Wednesday he would use his term as Opec president next year to work toward ensuring that oil producers adhere to the Opec/non-Opec output curb deal extended last week and getting more countries to participate in the joint action. Speaking at the Carbon Sequestration Leadership Forum in Abu Dhabi, al-Mazrouei told reporters that he was also hoping “to put together a framework agreement towards covering all those committed countries."
