Russian producers loading prilled urea from Baltic ports report that bids up to $240/mt FOB were declined ahead of Grodno's $247/mt FOB sale as reported in the separate entry. The producers further state that targets for prills are revised into the $260s/mt FOB, but do concede that trades are yet to be completed at the higher numbers.
