India: Acid prices assessed higher

The delivered price into India was assessed higher this week on an indicative basis with firmer export prices from the Far East. The low end of $10/t CFR was no longer deemed achievable and the price is assessed this week at an indicative $15-20/t CFR pending confirmation of sales in this range. Offers to India are higher and into the mid-to high $20s/t CFR, but there is currently little appetite for buyers to pay up.
