Rosneft and BP confirmed Thursday they had agreed to develop the Kharampurskoye and Festivalnoye license areas in the Yamalo-Nenets autonomous district in northern West Siberia. Rosneft will hold 51% in the joint venture being set up for the project called Kharampurneftegas, with the remainder to be held by BP (IOD Dec.20’17).
