Business sentiment in Malaysia was already bearish because of external headwinds such as global trade tensions and the coronavirus epidemic. Now it has taken another hit and this time it comes from within (IOD Mar.3'20). Political upheaval toppled the government recently, plunging the country into instability and further clouding its economic prospects.
