This presentation will examine some of the recent developments within the global aluminium industry and try to look in more depth at what the key drivers have been. Also I will present MBR's view of the medium-term direction of the market with a view to supply, demand and price forecasts over the next 24 months. Of course the purpose of providing you with price forecasts is so that you have a reason to come back next year to track down that "damn analyst" who got the market completely wrong. Unfortunately though, forecasting can never be an exact science, and can only based on the facts we have today, and our intuitive predictions for the direction of key economic trends.
