Wingas, the German gas marketing joint venture of BASF-owned Wintershall and Russia's Gazprom, has hired Ludwig Mohring, until now general manager of Shell Energy Europe, as its new sales chief from Apr. 1 (IOD Mar.19,p3). He will report to Wingas CEO and Wintershall board member Gerhard Konig, himself appointed last year when his predecessor, Rainer Seele, became Wintershall CEO.
