Pharmacy valued by all political parties

The Scottish election campaign is now under way. The current minority Scottish National Party Government is looking to hold off a strong challenge from the Labour Party. Overall the campaign has been quite an unusual one: it's been quite quiet so far and health, in particular, is not a topic the parties are debating. It has also been an interesting one as all the parties have discussed pharmacy and the potential of our profession in their manifestos. At each of the main party conferences the Society has been present in order to talk to politicians about what pharmacists do and to debate what role they should have in the future.
