PURPOSE: A political party management system on an online environment and a political party related service method using the same are provided to realize all activities operated in the political party on the online and guarantee clarity for the activities. CONSTITUTION: An electronic card(100) is given to each party member, and has an ID code to pay various expenses and certify a user on the online. A user terminal(200) is held by each party member, connects to the Internet, and performs various kinds of electronic activities. A political party management service network(300) is includes a service server(310) and a database server(320). The service server constructs online services to provide a result of the online activities performed by an electronic card owner and process operation for the online activities performed by the political party. The database server stores information for each party member and activity results by linking with the service server.
