May I direct Marco Capitani, operations director, Alliance Healthcare, to condition 6 of his own company's terms and conditions (www.alliance-healthcare.co.uk/DownLoad/Stan dard-Terms-and-Conditions-of-Sale-2010-05-01 .pdf), specifically clause b, which states: "You will not own any of the products in any circumstances until we have received cleared funds for all sums due to us in respect of the products and all other sums which are, or which become, due to us from you on any account."
