摘要

As pharmacy educators from around the world gathered in Chicago, exchanging ideas and networking with peers, one conference session tackled the challenges facing international working partnerships. A major barrier to improving pharmacy education is the tendency for individuals, institutions or agencies to take over, or "colonise" rather than "collaborate" with international partners. Tina Brock, senior lecturer at the School of Pharmacy, University of London, chaired a workshop entitled "First do no harm - collaboration vs colonisation in global pharmacy education".
