OMV Libyan output close to pre-war levels

London—Austria’s OMV said July 20 its oil and gas production rose by 11% year on year during the second quarter as its Libyan output returned to near pre-crisis levels. In a trading statement, OMV said its average production rose to 305,000 b/d of oil equivalent in the quarter, up from 275,000 boe/d a year earlier and from 299,000 boe/d in the first quarter.
