Southeast Asia producer Pearl Energy launches IPO

Pearl Energy,a three-year old exploration and production independent focused on Southeast Asia,Apr 12 launched its initial public offering of 110.9-mil shares representing 25% of the company.With the shares priced at S0.70 each,the IPO will raise S77.63-mil (47-mil) for the largely Indonesian-backed company,giving it a market capitalization of S310.5-mil.
