Clean tanker rates on the Caribbean-US route for 38,000 ton vessels looked to firm ahead of the weekend on some tanker delays caused by tropical storms,shipping sources said Friday.Despite the weather systems weakening,Caribbean clean tanker rates were holding firm at Worldscale 140 and offers were being heard 5 points higher.
