OCP and Kribhco enter JV for NPK production

Morocco’s OCP and India’s Kribhco are entering into a 50:50 joint venture (JV) to develop a 1.2 million mt NPK plant in Andhra Pradesh, India, the two parties announced October 21. The greenfield plant will require an initial investment of around $230 million including the development of logistical infrastructure in the region around the port town of Krishnapatnam.
