Morocco's OCP and Kribhco to develop new NPK fertilizer plant in India

LONDON (ICIS)--Office Cherifien des Phosphates (OCP) has entered into a 50:50 joint venture with Indian producer Kribhco to develop a large-scale greenfield nitrogen, phosphorous, potassium (NPK) fertilizer plant in Krishnapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, the Moroccan producer announced on Friday. The $230m plant will have an annual production capacity of 1.2m tonnes of NPK fertilizers and includes the development of logistical infrastructure in the region.
