China: No UAN cargoes available until March

With the upcoming Chinese New Year and bearish prices, Chinese UAN producers will have limited output, and no further exports are expected until end of February/early March. China's largest UAN producers; Jinkai has limited production whereas Huaihua have stopped production all together, according to market sources. Both producers sold cargoes of 25,000 mt into the US with netbacks estimated around $150/mt FOB. The current UAN price is assessed at $148-149/mt FOB.
