摘要

High Resolution Melting (HRM) is a novel and promis-ing screening technique used for mutation analysis anddetection. Its application prevents the need to sequenceall the exons of a gene when looking for novel mutations.The method is therefore time- and cost-effective for theanalysis of large genes comprising many exons.
