PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cause a motion image displayed on a portable display terminal to be observed via actual progressive refractive power lenses to have the user perceive difference in view among the respective progressive refractive power lenses.SOLUTION: A lens performance comparison device has: a holding part that holds each of a plurality of progressive refractive power lenses having different lens characteristics so that they faces a display surface of a portable display terminal; and a leg part that is capable of adjusting a relative position between the display surface of the portable display terminal and the plurality of progressive refractive power lenses on a plane surface substantially parallel with the display surface.
