TAG moves on NZ field

TAG Oil is set to take over a 70% operating stake in Petroleum Exploration Permit (PEP) 51153 in New Zealand’s Taranaki Basin from Kea Petroleum Ltd’s sale. MEO, which has a 30% interest in the PEP51153 joint venture, revealed previously that Kea’s liq- uidators had entered into a conditional agreement for the sale of its interest in PEP51153 to an exist- ing operator in the region.
