DEO Petroleum, Atlantic Petroleum and FaroePetroleum have agreed, subject to regulatoryapprovals, to assume Maersk Oil’s 19.11% stakein the UK North Sea Perth field.DEO’s CEO David Marshall said: “Having sub-mitted a Field Development Plan for Perth at theend of September, we are actively engaged withthe various regulatory authorities to secure thenecessary consents to proceed with our develop-ment plans.”
