Brendan Picard is not the type of guy to shy away from a challenge, especially when it comes to his work as an auto glass technician. So it was no surprise that when Picard won the chance to compete in the Auto Glass Technician Olympics in Las Vegas last November, he not only accepted the challenge but also brought home third place. Picard is the shop foreman at Novus Auto Glass in Regina. "Everything is about the safety of the customer. Everything is very professional," he said about the franchise, which is owned by Will and jodi Brandt.
