Lyondell Chemical and Petroleos de Venezuela's (PDVSA; Caracas) Citgo unit says they have taken their Lyondell-Citgo Refining (LCR) joint venture off the block.The companies say they received offers that exceeded 5 billion,but they were "insufficient to overcome the significant benefit of retaining an ownership position in the 268,000-bbl/day refinery."
