急性膵炎臨床診断基準および急性膵炎重症度判定基準による病態評価法

摘要

A research group supported by grants from the Ministry of Health and Labor has recently proposed new diagnostic criteria of acute pancreatitis and scoring system to predict the severity of the disease. Comparisons with the present criteria and scoring system were described and their potential problems were briefly discussed.
