摘要

There are a few investigations toward the soilingon external surfaces of concrete structures which were built upseveral years ago. What seems to be lacking is the assessment ofappearance of concrete surfaces. There are three problems instudying the soiling of concrete surfaces. The first is a solutionin the field of materials. The second is a solution in the field ofmicroorganism. The third is a solution in the field of assessment.The main purpose of this study is to investigate the anti-soilingcountermeasures of concrete surfaces based on soilingconditions and soiling evaluation. The results obtained are asfollow: 1) Conditions of contact water of concrete surface mustbe considered in anti-soiling countermeasures because theconditions of contact water were defined as adherent conditionbetween the water and the concrete surface. 2)Anti-soiling coun-termeasures on concrete surfaces were suggested on account ofboth subjects (human being) and structure conditions. 3) Anti-soiling countermeasures from the structure side was classified ineight (material, structure, designing, substitution, covering,construction, cleaning and others). 4) Anti-soilingcountermeasures from the human side was classified in five. (Itisn't made dirty, It isn't made dirty conspicuous, It hides the dirt,It makes use of the dirt and It doesn't make the dirt.) 5)It wasconcluded that the logical systematization of the anti-soilingcountermeasures could be understood.
