Methodology for supporting administrative operation process design

摘要

A methodology for supporting administrative operation process design has been developed for increasing the value of administrative operations by optimizing the balance between function and cost. The methodology has the following features. (1) Classification of administrative operation processes from the viewpoint of the value (2) Assessment method of operational value improvement (3) Efficient and completely covered operational research system A prototype methodology was devised in the development process and applied to the design of a production control operation which contained a relatively high proportion of routine operations. After solving the problems identified at the trial stage, this methodology was applied to a variety of administrative operations, successfully reducing operational costs.
