The target volume included the entire hemithorax, Patients were treated with a total of 45Gy delivered in 25 fractions of l.8Gy, The irradiation was performed without a severe adversed effect, Radiotherapy of extrapleural pneumonectomy postoperative may be effective, A malignant mesothelioma is the disorder that is poor prognosis. Therefore radiotherapy treatment have necessity reviewed more.
