摘要

Ordered nanostructure arrays of Ni-Al_2O_3 were synthesized by direct current electro-deposition in anodic alumina membranes (AMI) . The investigation with an electron microscope, an X-ray diffractmeter and a vibration sample magnetometer indicates that the Ni mowers , growing in the pores of AMI with about 45 ran in diameter, are monocrystalline and have a definite preferred crystallizing orientation . The magnetic behavior of the arrays and their mechanism were discussed.
