Purpose: A single-center randomized clinical trial was performed to compare postinterventional primary patency rates achieved by cutting balloon angioplasty and high-pressure balloon angioplasty in the treatment of de novo stenoses within autogenous arterioverious (AV) fistulae for hemodialysis.
