摘要

The electrophysical properties of hyperfine films of liquid crystals are studied. At temperatures near the phase transition, singularities in the curves of the temperature dependence of the sample capacitance are found. Hypotheses regarding the nature of the phase transition are proposed. A change in the electrical conductivity of the samples based on a TDOB AM BCC liquid crystal is detected upon the ferroelectric phase transition. Hypotheses regarding the causes of the influence of the phase transition on the electrophysical properties of the films are put forward.
