摘要

The design of a micropump employing only one valve is presented. This device was simulated by means of a model based on electrical analogies and equivalent networks. With a total size of 5 mm x 5 mm, and a working voltage of 10 V, the device sizing gives flow rates in the 10-100 nl min(-1) range, which are very suitable for drug-delivery applications.
