SYNTHESIS OF A POSITIONING SYSTEM WITH A HYDRODRIVE, A MOTION TRANSMISSION MECHANISM WITH VARIABLE TRANSFER RATIO, AND A COMBINED LOAD

We examine the problem of the synthesis of a technical system that consists of a hydraulic motor, a mechanism for transmitting the motion from the motor to the object that is being displaced, and a controller. It is presumed that the mechanism has a single degree of freedom and a variable transfer ratio. The system is intended for the rapid displacement of an object from one position to another. The object that is being displaced is characterized by its mass and by the constant force load that is created by the weight of the object that is being raised (lowered). The basic data are: the coordinates of the initial and final positions of the object, its mass, the force load, the displacement time, and the accuracy of the achievement of the final position. The indices (criteria) of the quality of the resolution of the posed problem are: the overall dimensions of the motor and the mechanism, the motor energy consumption, and the quality of the positioning process - including the quality as a function of the form of the mechanism transfer ratio function.
