摘要

The main postulates of the thermal dynamics and simulation of friction and wear of tribocontacts are considered. Practical problems are considered of the application of multipurpose friction machines to estimation of the friction heat resistance of materials and thermoimpulse friction. The example of braking devices and clutches is used to evaluate the application of the thermal dynamics method and friction and wear simulation for prediction of the working characteristics of tribodevices at the design stage.
