摘要

The paper presents results of isothermal oxidation tests performed on thermal barrier coatings characterized by high oxidation resistance and hot corrosion. Bondcoats were deposited by overaluminizing of MeCrAlY coatings deposited by LPPS. The outer ceramic layer of yttria stabilized Zirconia was deposited by plasma spray physical vapour deposition (PS-PVD) using a commercially powder (Metco 6700). For comparison purposes additionall MeCrAlY bondcoat without extra aluminizing were produced by LPPS. The isothermal oxidation test at 1100℃ for lOOOh shows that thickness of the TGO layer on overaluminized bondcoats was significantly thicker in comparison with conventional LPPS-sprayed MeCrAlY bondcoats.
