Industry tastemakers agree that Fall 2010's color cosmetics looks are bigger, bolder and better than ever. Rich textures and jewel tones lead the way with full-color eyeshadows, lipsticks and even blush over a flawless complexion—maybe natural, maybe improved by a foundation or powder layered over a primer base. Formulations across the boards are more advanced—some infused with"good for you" ingredients like vitamin E or acai berry; some "high tech," claiming to do anything from boost collagen production to match skin tones. And the kicker is most of these SKUs are sold at the neighborhood CVS or Target as opposed to a department store.
